Official Rules – Gold Baron Paydirt Treasure Hunt

 

1. Sponsor

This contest (“Treasure Hunt”) is sponsored by Gold Baron Paydirt, located in Washington State. This contest is not affiliated with YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform used to distribute clues.

 

2. Eligibility

• Open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years or older.

• Void where prohibited. Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.

• Employees of Gold Baron Paydirt and their immediate family members are not eligible.

• Cajun Bullion and his immediate family members are not eligible.

 

3. How to Enter

Participants may enter by:

1. Purchase a qualifying Gold Baron Legends experience, which contains the first clue. Each entry is only eligible to win one silver bar.

2. Participants may purchase multiple Gold Baron Legends experiences to gain multiple entries.

 

4. Contest Structure

• The first clue is provided in Gold Baron Legends #1.

• Participants must follow a series of clues, provided via www.GoldBaronPaydirt.com, email, and/or private YouTube videos.

• The first participants to correctly solve the final puzzle of either series of clues and submit the answer via the provided instructions will be declared the winner.

• Only one series of clues will be provided at a time.

 

5. Prize

• There are two Grand Prizes total:

  • one limited-edition 1-of-2 ten-ounce silver bar

  • one limited-edition 2-of-2 ten-ounce silver bar.

  • Each puzzle path will award one prize

• No cash equivalent will be provided.

• The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

 

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner is the first participant to submit the correct answer to the final puzzle in a string of puzzles/riddles. This is a skill-based contest. It is not a game of chance. It is not a lottery.

• The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of their submission. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited.

 

7. General Terms

• Gold Baron Paydirt LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if unforeseen circumstances arise.

• By participating, entrants agree to these official rules.

• By entering, participants agree to release Gold Baron Paydirt LLC from any liability related to participation or prize use.

• Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.

 

8. Privacy & Data Usage

• Participant information will only be used for contest administration and will not be sold or shared.
